Diane began her business career with Records Managements Services in Chicago and in 1991 transferred to the Lincoln facility where she and her Father formed Midwest Records Storage, Inc. She has been instrumental in growing the business, both hard copy and vault storage, as well as maintaining client relations. Diane was involved in the building of the first facility, the move of 30,000 boxes from the original RMS facility and involved with the completion of the newest facility completed in 2007. Diane was directly involved in the implementation and conversion of the computer system, and the development of a policy and procedure manual as well as the daily operations of the company. Diane researched, wrote, implemented and currently tests Midwest Records Storage Disaster Recovery manual

Diane has been on the Board of Directors for the Lincoln/Logan Chamber of Commerce a member of the Lincoln Rotary Club and is also a member of the Peoria, Bloomington and Springfield Chamber of Commerce.
Diane is also actively involved in the Central Illinois Chapter of ARMA having served multiple terms as President, Vice President, Director, Treasurer, Seminar Chair and Newsletter Editor. Diane has been elected 4 times as Chapter Member of the Year. In addition to local ARMA activities she also attends ARMA Region II leadership meetings, joint PRISM /ARMA meetings held annually as well as the ARMA International and PRISM International annual conferences. Diane is currently serving as Region II Coordinator.

Diane has three children, Taylor, 15, Garrett 3 and Christopher 2. In her spare time she enjoys volunteering at school events, ARMA activities and traveling.
